Here is one of my favorite PROTEIN pancake recipe:
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese or quark
- 1/2 scoop Scitec Nutrition Vanilla Proteinpowder
- 1/2 cup eggwhites
Directions:
- Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms. Pour over a hot griddle.
- Flip when the edges start browning.
- Serve with walden farms syrups, creams or some fruit spread.
