Education: FISAF and EHFA licensed Personal Trainer, Dietician & InstructorPersonal sports qualifications: Trained football for 9 years, when I turned 16 I started training at the gym. Made all the beginner mistakes you can make, taught me, developed and found the training that suited me, strength training. Which got me both healthy from anorexia and depression that I suffered from for several years. Gained all in all weight 24 kg (36 to 60) and 10 kg since I started lifting weights. Has trained crossfit, spinning, almost all types of group training, strength training (which later became MY passion) and also cardio training. It has been a long and mentally difficult struggle to work healthy from your eating disorders, but I think that with the right help and will you can manage it. Because if I did it, then YOU will do it too!
